CT Votes for Animals (CVA); American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA); Humane Society of the United States (HSUS); CT Coalition Against Puppy Mills and West Hartford Coalition Against Puppy Mills have formed the CT Alliance for Humane Pet Shops
